sc setup help

I am trying th set up my dsr 505, have a strong signal (I think on 111) get channel 200 but channell 299 says service temporary not availible....doe that mean I am not seeing the 107?

what about 354 and 712

Those are the two channels I use to point my dishes.

354 - knowledge BC on 107
712 - TVA Gaspe on 111
