Selling My HD Dish System ---Cheap

Loooong story short. I got into a tiff with Dish over 6000u 8.03 TIVO software issue. (last August) I terminated my contract with them after level 3 tech support told me the issue wouldn't be fixed until next year. Well if you remember, the issue was fixed three weeks later. I re-instated my service and they assured me that i would be refunded the $400 charge back that the installer charged me. Well, the installer refused to refund my money and Dish executive support refused to answer or return my phone calls about the issue.
