Intelsat has abandoned their 11.7-12.2 KU FSS license at 129W.
The frequency became available for new licensees on Oct 2, 2012
SES filed to build launch a new satellite at 129W on Oct 2 to be co-located with their Ceil 2 BSS satellite..
It would have both V/H and L/R with a very powerful beam shaped to North America.
Service would be digital starting at 56K and up, Direct to Home, and Commercial Feeds.
