SG2100 and MyTheatre

I don't know why but MyTheatre don't seem to move my dish. I go to the positioning console and try to send to 0 or move in 100 increments but it never moves. I have a green light and I have tried resetting it. The SG2100 is new and I am using the current MyTheatre 3.21 but no luck. Help
