No, if you have a snowy picture, it's probably in the cabling.

Thanks HipKat. Its a good 100' run to the tv in my garage so i was hoping for a simple fix. Of course that never happens. I'll check the cabling

Your coax should be good quality RG6 and connectors. If it is an old installation, the coax is probably RG58 which is very lossy at that length.

If you are talking about the modulated output of a 722 try changing the output channel to something lower than 37. All of the channels above that are full of cell phone frequencies now and can create interference. Of course don't forget to change the receiving TV to the appropriate channel.
