Sling Orange adding E!, FX, and USA?

So, this email I got yesterday says Sling Orange has been "freshly upgraded" to include FX and E!, and the above paragraph mentions watching Mr. Robot (USA).

But the text also says Orange would be $25/month.

We've had a choice of Sling Orange or Sling Blue packages for quite a while....this isn't something new this week though. Both for $40 with some duplicate channels
