Some boxes Won't BET in HD

As of now, two of my boxes have BET in red in the 9000's range, and there is no mapdown of the HD at 124 while the remainder of my boxes does show BET in HD at 124 and open at the 9000's range. Yes, I am entitled to BET in HD. Does anyone else have this problem. Is there a solution before I call CS? I should add that my "K" models are fine and 2 of 722's, but not one of my 722's nor the 222. Thanks.

You probably need to reauthorize your receivers. Do it with a online chat. I did it for Speed and FX tonight, and I now have BET too. I haven't got BET since they added it weeks ago, but now after the "hit" to my receivers, I have it.

+1. Same here. I did the online chat and they did whatever they do, I now have Speed, BET, FX and maybe others I should have had weeks ago. I know Speed and FX among others were yesterday or at least very recent.
