6391 KPRC-DT1 (NBC) became available to Houston Local HD subs.

6401 WPLG-DT1 (ABC) became available to Miami Local HD subs.

6426 KSAT-DT1 (ABC) became available to San Antonio Local HD subs.

6461 WDIV-DT1 (NBC) became available to Detroit Local HD subs.

Any details on why they were missing and what happened to make them available? Just wondering because we are still waiting on 6417 KCPQ-Fox in Seattle hung up for retransmission consent agreement between Tribune and Dish.
