Sound adjustment?

Hey, new guy here. I have to turn my tv up to get to a decent volume from my reciever. When I switch to the antenna for local channels, it is extremely loud, and I have to turn the tv down.
Is there a volume adjustment for the reciever? I have a RCA-drd435rh reviever.
