sound dropping and pixeling off and on

I get locals in standard def from corpus christi,yesterday sound started dropping out for a few secs. every few minutes and the pix started pixeling
every few minutes,,,not at same time,,,also would freeze some.....

It is only the locals,,the rest seem to be ok....Any one else??

I have the (used to be silver hd package with 211 recevier),,,all the other channels seem ok..
