Upgrade to HD........costs?

I did a chat with a customer service rep, who told me as a current subscriber I could upgrade to any of the HD packaged for $10.00 a month, and via dish it up could get a new HD DVR for $75.00.

Currently I have a 522 and a 311 on my account. Can I keep the 311?

What would the total monthly costs be? I assume that there are HD fees and DVR fees 'hidden' in there someplace. Here is a look at my currently monthly:

Sep 07 - Oct 06 Additional Receiver 5.00
Digital Home Advantage with America's Top 250 with Locals 59.99
DISH Network DVR Service Fee 5.98

Pluse Tax = 71.47

I think it'll be something like this. You'll want the Dish DVR Plan which includes the locals and saves the first DVR fee. The lease fees on the first receiver for the account are waived.

Dish DVR Advantage w/ Top 250 Locals 60
HD silver 10
Add'l receiver 311 5
Plus whatever taxes

If you do autopay I think you can still get Skinnimax (Cinemax) for $.01 per month. It has 4 or 5 HD channels.

You will of course need to verify with customer service.

If I read the fine print right, there is a 7.00 HD enable fee...correct? So its like HD for 17.00 more a month

The $7 HD enabling fee only applies if you have an HD capable receiver but don't subscribe to any HD programming.

joe is correct, nevermind I don't pay one. This is from Dish's wed set.
