This should be very cool to see if you are going to be near the Houston area:

Three man-made objects floating along in space will pass directly over Houston tonight.
The Space Shuttle, the International Space Station and the Russian supply ship Progress will appear, in that order, one after the other. Look up toward the northwest at 9:12 PM. The three bright objects will move almost directly overhead and then fade away in the southeast at 9:18 PM.
While we have some clouds over Houston right now, these clouds should begin to dissipate by early evening. The sunset is at 8:17 PM so the sky should be dark, providing a perfect view of the triple pass.

Did you get to see them? I ws messing witht he RTN and 30W dishes and skipped the 6:00 news. I didnt know until I saw your post after it was all over. I know I've hit new posts a few times today. I wonder why it just now showed up for me.

Was Cool to see last night. The shuttle and station were real easy to see one following the other directly overhead. They were as bright as an airplane going over. The Progress ship was a lot harder to see.

Also saw what had to be another satellite or something go over faintly in another direction while I was out there looking. Was a lot higher and going in a different direction (west to east).

Did you see it with the naked eye or had to use a binocular/telescope?
