for anyone using a vsat i highly recommend going through the starband on line training. i learned a lot. there was information that you could use for any sat system. i am proud to say i passed the testing and i am now a certified installer. so check it out at http://training.starband.com/html_files/installer_main.asp

yes totally free! and you can take your time and go at your own pace. no time limit. but it took me about 2 hours. i got my installer certificate immediately!
