These are medium, from La Reina ... still have some from a couple years ago I need to use.

I finished my last bag a couple weeks ago. I'd say I timed it pretty well. Sunday I'll be making chicken and sour cream enchiladas with the fresh green chile. My mouth is watering already.

Early season this year. We usually don't see a chile harvest until August. I still have 15 or 20 lbs of Lemitar chile in the freezer. I'll definitely be picking up 40 pounds or so of this seasons Hatch chile in a few weeks though.

Have no idea how far they go to back eastern part of country for selling chilies.

If that what you are saying.:)

Must be pricey for shipping chilies to that part of country. :hatsoff
