sub-contrctor pay

I've been working as a contractor doing dish installs for about 7 years now. The coast of everything that we provide is going up. Dish Network has cut pay to retailers and this has resulted in cuts to our pay. Can someone till me what their pay scale is for Dish Network installs and sevice calls.
