Submitting score in the arcade

Has anyone else had periodic problems submitting a score? Every now and then I'll try to submit a score and it says that I don't have permissions to or my account may have been disabled. If I try again, it doesn't seem to have a problem.

I've had it happen where I click on submit score and it just sits there. Makes me mad because it's usually when I beat the high score.

Well, I'd be champion of more if I wouldn't have had that problem. No I do have a job. They just give me lots of breaks.
