Switching to D - MRV Question

I'm switching to D in the next few weeks. I signed up for the MRV service. I only have 2 TVs in my house, but I wanted the ability to record up to 4 shows at once and watch them on either TV. I am correct to do this I would need 2 HDDVRs?

Yes you will need two DVR's. One DVR can only record two shows at the same time.
