I recently installed an SWM LNB. Signals are as follows:
Satellite / Avg. Signal
99 85
101 90
103 70
110 50
119 55
I know the 110 & 119 satellites are a bit low, but the issue I'm having is that after rebooting the receivers, I'm getting no guide information after a few hours. I recently added additional programming which is not coming in.
I know that one of the channels on the SWM are for guide information, but would this also include authorization of channels, or is that carried by every transponder. I sent about a dozen hits to my receivers without any luck. I'm getting the 721 message on the channels I should be getting in.
Does anyone know if Channel 9 on the SWM is the guide info channel. If so, that shows 84 for signal.
I unplugged everything, receivers and power inserter without any luck.
