I think I already know the answer but just to make sure......Can someone here confirm if Channel 7 from Costa Rica on PAS 3 C band (3980V-SR3500) is now encrypted and no longer FTA...? It was open as of last night but now it is gone.

Teletica has never really ever been in the clear for an extended length of time, and only occasionally turns off the scrambling for technical reasons. Consider any free access as a bonus whenever it happens, but do not count on it being otherwise available.
