After a year of fairly good service from Dish and lots of help from these forum users, I'm going back to cable. I will miss Dish, but there constant appointment reschedules with NO contact from them and the fact that it took over 11 weeks for them (att/dish partner) to send a box for my 811 so i could get a 211 (you can only have 4 tuners via att/dish and i was at 4 already) has put me over the edge.
Everyone parted on good terms; they just couldn't do what I wanted. No biggie, I have moved on.
Course, I bet you it won't take 11 weeks for them to send boxes for the rest of the equipment now! ha!
