So I am not getting the new HD, and it isn't them problem of having a hybrid setup, I have a 1000.2 dish. I had a similar issue to this when the NHL Network was added to my package. The HD channels aren't mapped down to their SD numbers, and when I go to the 9000 levels all the new channels are red and say I need to purchase them. I have AT250 with HD & Platinum. I have run a check switch. Anything else I should do to see why I am not getting the new HD?
