Not much going on, huh Scott! Don't ya just hate when thing's get like this, no new good software updates, no more news on mpeg4, no new HD channels, no more of nothing! Dish is getting pretty stale!

The storm is everyone's reaction to his comment. :D

I just want the Balt EPG sub-ch info back. I did notice that I had really bad break ups on Food-HD & HGTV-HD last night. I wonder if they are doing more MPEG4 tweaking.

Still, what could be in the pipline for Dish?

1) New 622 Software. Pip changes, HD Guide changes, etc.
2) Support for Ext Hard Drives
3) Dish Online ViP support
4) Additional HD channels (MHD, RSNs etc.)

I noticed a lot of breaks as well especially on ESPN-HD during the CBB games.
I Checked the signal strenght and some transponders were in the mid-fifties while others were mid-eighties to 100%. I wondered if that was normal.

Same here last nite ESPNHD was unwatchable so much studdering during CBB, but the transponder was at 98 for me. Must of been on E* end, because Comcast was fine.

I hope it's a storm of activity (releases) and not a "destructive" storm of bad news.

FOOD HD and HGTV HD were stuttering audio and video last night for me as well in South Carolina.

Are we getting close to the sunspot-activitiy-satellite-signal-disturbance time of year yet? or was this something else?
