When he talks it has a whistle sound with certain words that he speaks. Has anybody else noticed that as well and has it annoyined anybody else? Isn't there something that they can put in his mouth before he goes on air to prevent that?
The Weather Channel's Bill Kenelly's whistle voice annoying.
