Purchasing a 2nd Wally for the spare room. Probably buy from Dish Depot. If I did, I've heard that I could ideally shut off this unit (no fee) by calling in for the months this 2nd reciever isn't needed (Non football months).

Also, if true would the main living room still remain active? This IS A MUST.

You are correct and they'd only deactivate the Wally you tell them too
