I doubt it. But you can try and run a coax from the receiver, hooked up to the UHF Pro port on the back of the receiver, down to the basement and attach the little antenna that comes with receiver to it with a coupler, and so have it in the same room as the TV.

Even better you just use a splitter to combine the antenna and the tv2 out together on the same line. Then use another splitter at the tv2 location to hook up the antenna and tv2. Your antenna is right by the tv and the remote works like a charm.
