I'm not all that informed on the high-end packages, but I know for sure it is much more economical at the low-end.
TurboHD Bronze contains basically the channels I want, all in HD. I find the SD channels quite annoying to watch now that I have a good HD TV set. TurboHD Bronze gives me 24 of the most popular HD channels (and nothing else) for about $25 per month. I can add locals for another $5, bringing the total to $30 per month.
In order to get those same 24 channels as an existing customer today, I would need to purchase the AT100 package plus BronzeHD. That's $43 per month. Add locals and it's $48 per month. Of course, that package gives me a ton of standard definition channels and CD music channels too, but I don't want either of those.
For those of us who just want a core set of basic HD channels, it's a good value.
