Wireless thru USB on 722

Can I connect my 722 to my router via a wireless USB connecter? I did a search and found conflicting information.

AFAIK the only device that will work the USB ports is an external hard drive.

Well isn't that peachy! How are you supposed to connect this thing to the intrawebs then, run an ethernet cable halfway across your house? What have others done? My PC is a good 75 feet and 2 floors away from the DVR, the wireless modem connects to the DS the WII, two other PCs and a laptop, you would think that Dish would get with the plan and incorporate wireless into the receiver if they want you to hook the thing up.

Nope. Just get a homeplug device and plug it into your router and wall outlet. The 722 will find it with its built in homeplug device.

I did this and it worked initially, but now I am not getting an IP address. Is there a firewall issue that I need to address. I can't get the IP address on either one of my receivers. I called Dish Network and they don't have any idea how to help.
