My landlord left behind a dish w/LNB that has 3 bulbs and 4 connections, how can I check this equip out to see if it's good? I don't have a ladder so I can't get up to my existing dish, but I can mount this one on my deck and point it to the same satellite, once I hook it up, if I get a signal i'll know it's good. I was wondering if there was another way to test the equipment?
Also - I've never used one with more than 1 connection, is there a schematic somewhere in the forum I can look at?
