VIP 622 reboots

My 622 reboots by it self few times per hour but only on SD channels. HD and all OTA (HD and SD) channels are OK. Heat is not a problem because I have two 9'' fans blowing air on it. The temperatures are as follow 118 F – 73 F – 96 F. I own the DVR for about four months but the problem occurred few weeks ago.
I did hard reboot, check switches, and restore defaults nothing helped.
First, there is strange noise coming out of the speaker then black screen and unit shuts down. After a while, it restarts and the screen acquiring satellite signal comes up. The whole process takes about five minutes. Please advise about any experience similar to my.

Call Dish, it's time for a replacement... thats not quite how the unit is supposed to perform

My 1st ViP622 rebooted several times per hour, Dish sent a replacement and it lasted a few months and then stop displaying video, and now I am on my 3rd ViP 622 which has been working like a champ. Maybe 3rd time really is a charm?
