ViP211 No Package Upgrade?

I currently have an 811 with the AT180+Locals+HD Package. I'm not interested in getting into the "metallic" packages yet, but want to have the right equipment ready for when I do.

Does anyone know if I can get the 211 upgrade and still keep my regular HD Pak programming? Or as soon as you upgrade do you have to upgrade to the new packages?

If you lease the 211, you are required to subscribe to the new HD package or return the 211. you can buy a 211 for retail price and not add the new HD package.

If you want the new MPEG4 receivers you are required to have a MPEG4 HD package.
