VIP722K tuner question

Someone told me the OTA tuners are weaker than the tuner in a 622. Is this correct?

the one i have for my 922 seems to be about the same as what was in my old 722. i lost about 3-5 signal strength points on mine, but that may have been from splitting the antenna's line to go to both the 922 and 722.

When the OTA module forst came out there was noticable drop in signal strength, but software updates have just about fixed all of that.

Jim is exactly right. In the beginning there where huge issues with the OTA module. My 722k OTA module is great now.
