WBRE, WOLF, WQMY, possibly others off the air

WBRE has went off the air at 7:09pm ET due to the heavy rain and wind impacting the Scranton, PA area.
Fox 56 WOLF and MyTV WQMY are affected.
All 3 are displaying black screens on D* Sat, and "there's a problem with this channel" on Stream.
Unsure about WNEP or WYOU as they're both in disputes.
WSWB, WVIA, WQPX are still up.
Edit: checked WNEP with my antenna and it's up, just unsure about WYOU now

WBRE has come back on (they did at 11:29pm ET). WOLF hasn't yet.
