What HD programming only available in MPEG-4

Can you give me a list of what I'm missing by not upgrading to the new MPEG-4 receivers?

Doesn't matter what's "real MPEG-4".

Off the top of my head, you need a ViP receiver for these:
1. ESPN-2 HD
2. Universal-HD
3. National Geographic HD
4. Food HD
5. HGTV-HD
any local HD offered in your DMA by Dish,
and a few VOOM channels.

Yeah either way it's always best for everyone to upgrade and get on the same type of hardware which in the long run helps us all. The less old hardware out there a provider half's to support the quicker they can add newer things.

How about the NFL channel? Plus, I question the economics of paying 199.99 just to add these few channels. Doesn't tempt me to upgrade, yet.

I got the upgrade for free. $199 - $100 rebate for my leased 942 - $100 in programming rebates ($10/mon for 10 months).
