This is just a simple fun poll…nothing fancy. Only respond if you have an ACTIVE FTA system

What dish setup do you have?

I have a KU band dish only
I have a C-Band dish only with no subscription (you do not subscribe to any programming)
I have a C-band dish only and have a subscription (VCII or 4DTV)
I have a C-Band & KU Band dish (combined) with no subscription
I have a C-Band & KU Band dish (combined) with a subscription
I have separate C-Band & Ku Band dishes with no subscription
I have separate C-Band & Ku Band dishes with a subscription

The dishes have to be active to count So if you use KU band but have a C-Band in your garage, you can't count that

1 motorized KU system and 1 C-Band motorized system. A million LNB's and quite a few dish (not counted them in a long time)

C-band soon going C/KU
 
yeah the topic posted before the poll

I have a feeling KU only might have the most but there are a few of us with both
 
2- C band (1 w/SuperJunk Actuator)
1- C/Ku (w/JGS actuator)
1- Ku (w/SG2100)

Subscription to roughly 10 alacarte channels.
 
Voted single C/Ku with sub (4DTV) as that is what is active and has the World DVB box slaved.

Subbed to Showtime / Starz on the 4DTV.
 
hmmmmmmmmm i couldnt quite find my setup so i voted seperate c band and ku band dishs with supscription ;-)

if all you had was a combo C/KU dish, then you would have voted for that. But since you have other dishes, it would be separate.

I originally had about 15 choices but narrowed it down
 
its interesting to see how many different types of setups people have.

I have:
1 C/ku motorized without subscription
1 C/ku motorized with 2 subscriptions
2 ku motorized FTA
1 D* subscription, to end when it (paid for) runs out on/about June 5
2 E* subscription for HD
I voted for separate C/ku with subscription

Edit: I actually have 2 dishes for E* with 3 lnb's, and my D* has 3 lnb's....

Ku only..

-1 meter Channel Master fixed at G-10R
-36" dish on SG-2100 for everything else
-T-90 Toroidal for a few fixed birds, but I don't count that since it's face down on the roof at the moment
 
Ku motorized setup

This is what I settled for since what I really wanted is a C/Ku combo setup.

This Summer I'm going C-band (free through a friend), at least I hope so, any unforseen expenses might hold me back a little.
