Why do I sometimes get "Do Not Have Permission"

Ok, maybe I am missing something here. Is there a section that is available only by subscription? Or is it a section dedicated only to Retailers? Or better yet, is it a secret sex club with a secret hand and booty shake?

Sometimes when I click on one of the new post recently done that is on the home page I get a blue box with a message in it that states I do not have permission to view that post.

For example, Scott had one looking for Beta Testers, and today there is one out there titled, "in the spirit of cooperation"

Could it be a technical glitch with my user ID, or something else
