It's not Badr 4, it's Badr 3.
Badr 3 is an old, damaged satellite.
It's hard to say where it's going.
Once it gets where it is going, it will probably be in an inclined orbit.
A lot of times, these old birds are used by the US government or military.
It is not longer included in Arabsat's fleet so I guess it is sold off. Clearly it will not go past 154w or it would have gone around the other way. It is now around 50w so anywhere between there and 139w for its final position seems likely.
Perhaps Satguys should run a sweepstake on it.
