Why is TNT on both 138 and 239?

Making up my favorites lists on my H3, and I just noticed I have TNT on both channel 138 and channel 239. 138 has the full TNT icon next to the channel number, FWIW.

Why do I have two channel numbers in the guide for TNT?

239 is for WGN America but it's currently in dispute so TNT is is the fillin channel.

Not anymore. 239 is now WGN-America. The Dishpute has been resolved!
