They filed a "minor modification" to their antenna configuration in November. It appears they were addressing some interference issues and would decrease power in some areas. If your antenna is a UHF-only model, you may have been a casualty.
I'd suggest you call them and ask them what's up.
From an October filing, WNYA appears to be working on plans to make their repack transition in phase 10 to move to RF7 (still VHF-high but much more likely to be out of range of a UHF antenna).
