MLB Network

Bottom line D* got MLB channel and us E* customers don't.
Do I really care? NOPE!
Just like I don't care about NBA channel or NHL.
NFL network is the only one I want. And we have it.
Are you D* guys watching tons of the MLB channel?

Tons? No. More than I thought I would? YES!

What are you watchen?
On MLB? I have caught a few OLD games, which was very interesting to me. Flipped through and caught some of the talk portions, names escape me at the moment (to new I guess). Nothing in particular as of yet, It just does catch my eye when I flip through, and I didnt really expect it too.

As for lying. If you don't remember our legendary debates here and in other forums, that is not my problem. It may mean your forgetful, but you being forgetful does not make me a liar.

You have stated that we debated MLB 2 years ago. NEVER HAPPENED. Ok, you're not lying - are you hallucinating.

Leave me out of your converstaion please, until you can show that I had that 'debate' with you. Until then, move on.

Back on topic please (starting with me).

I have watched it everyday since it has been on - Hot Stove, Don Larsen's Perfect Game, replays of the Dodger/Phils from this years playoffs.

Great PQ - they are converting old Worls Series to HD, I think this network is a keeper. During the baseball season they will show an exclusive game every Thursday night, and have tons of coverage and highlights. As you say you are a NFL nut, well my number 1 is baseball.

That good, and that why you chose D* right. Well alot of us E* customer don't give a crap about the sports channels and high priced sports packs. Thats why we have E*. So if someone in the E* forum thinks its MLB is a waste ,Then so be it. We can discuss our take on the matter. Your a mod , but yet you just spent the last 2 pages spatting with an E* customer in the E* forums. Fine your opinion is great. But most Of us E* customers would switch if we thought D* had something we are missing. Thats all!

Guess what, I still am watching VOOM reruns. Don't forget where I live (CABLEVISION country), mostly everyone has cable, I have lots of friends these days with HD on CABLEVISION, when I get a chance I flip thru VOOM. Still not impressed with the programming BTW.

On another note, not nearly EVERYTHING on MLB Net is stale, boring reruns. Stadium tours, hot-stove, lots more. Here is today's TV schedule:

MLB Network: TV Schedule

Pretty sweet, isn't it?

During the season, there is nothing better - that's why I prefer YES-HD over most other channels.

Off-season, I am still a baseball fan though, and like the hot-stove stuff.

Someone asked what we're watching - Ken Burn's 'Baseball' starts tomorrow.
I never caught it the first time around on PBS. I'm excited to watch.

Also, 'Cathedrals of the Game' goes inside every ballpark.
A show like this is what HD was invented for :)

Yea it does. But not really sure what started it.

I had the nerve to blame MLB greed for E* not having MLBN, instead of following protocol and crucifying E*, as would be considered right and proper by our D* sub constituency.

And then, of course, anarchy prevails as (yes, I love this phrase) the wrath of the visigoths has fallen upon my head, :)
