I think we should also take into consideration post count on Satguys! 
I dont think a newbie with 50 posts should get a free 922 sooner than a veteran, as they just wouldnt have the technical know-how or experience to fully utilize the feature set of the 922! And pub membership should move you up in the queue 50 spots too!

At least its something, I wasn't expecting anything until the end of 2Q, not the beginning.
It would be nice to get the others lit up also though. Especially since I can't get them OTA.
Oh, and if nothing happens I'll take a 922 also, but I'd rather have the HD channels.

Offering a free 922 brings out alot of people I have never seen post on here in my 6 years of being on this site.....

According to their twitter, I'll finally be getting some of my HD locals in Columbus (!), but I assume the offer applies to national HD--I'd be happy to upgrade to a 922 too--the upcoming iphone sling app looks pretty cool

Oh yeah... E! and Style in HD! I'm just excited to see all those open Herpes sores on "Rock of Love", "I Love Money" and "For the Love of Ray J" on VH1 HD.

Uh, now that you put that image in my head (and its so true), maybe keep vh1 in sd! It will be like virtual std. Herpes so crystal clear you feel like you caught them yourself and may want to rub some purell on your flat screen just to be safe.
Seriously though, I say 90% of these girls have std's, the other 10% probably have crabs (do crabs count?).
Sorry, this thread is going downhill. But its apr 1st and still no new HD, I'm bored. I'm actually getting D* tomorrow anyhow, its time. I'll finally have local HD as well with them.
But would be so funny if we get all the new HD 5 minutes before the D* installer comes. Waited months and months for good HD, they take it away the day I'm done!
Oh well, D* already has these channels anyhow, but I wanted to see south park in HD tonight.
Haven't seen any signs of any new HD and here we are at noon eastern time. Wait, they said by april 1st. Today is april fools. HA! Good one Charlie! Ah, he gets us every time.
Seriously though, hope for everyone else that E* can make good on the promise. If the new HD comes in at even 1 minute past midnight, thats not good enough. 1 minute is all it takes for some to lose trust, and could be the straw that breaks the camels back for some.
Bad enough that they already waited til the last possible day to add them.
I think the posts should be all about quality not quantity. Wait, I'm screwed there, too. Never mind!
