Joey Won't Change Channels; Automatically Goes To "TV Viewing Status"

Joey software version S259. I am currently unable to change channels on my Joey by pressing the channel up or down button on the remote. There are no other tuners in use. When I press channel up or down it automatically brings up the "TV Viewing Status" screen. The icon of the channel I was on (the only tuner in use) changes to the icon of the channel I am trying to change to and I can hear the audio of the new channel. The TV Viewing Status screen stays up until I press cancel. When I link to my second Hopper (two tuners available) the problem is still there.

*I unplugged the Joey for about 10 seconds, plugged it back up, and the problem was no longer there.*

I have the similar issue and opened a ticket with Dish. Does unplugging/plugging Joey permanently fix the isuse? The problem comes back for me after sometime.

I haven't had this problem happen again since I unplugged the Joey yesterday. However, it hasn't been that long...

I have the issue with the hopper. Resetting will fix it temporarily.

Same problem here. 2 weeks after install, this has started happening to my Hopper. Annoying doesn't begin to describe it.
