Everything went fine. Only hiccup was had to re-program the AUX button. Pioneer receiver did not like the old code, for some reason.

Keep us posted! You'll probably be alright if it was just downloading and not actually installing.

Yes we had some serious rain which we did need, back on track power is one. I have configured everything, except the EHD it's tied to the other Hopper what do I need to do to not lose my recordings to move it to the new Hopper?

Nothing. Just move them. That old problem in long gone.

Just to make sure I don't mess anything up, when I click on the tab for the external hard drive I get a warning sign that it's configured for use with another Dish account? It says Ifme this device with this reciever all existing archived events will be deleted? Ad the there is a yes or no box

Contact DIRT and have them send a "hit" to your new receiver.

I personally still don't trust restoring recordings from one receiver to the other. I feel like it's safer to just play back from the EHD. A few of my recordings that I transferred off an old H2k to my HwS when I swapped will no longer play at all, so I'm not so sure that the issue is 100% corrected. All I can say is, proceed with caution.

Yeah, that's a different issue. I'm pretty confident that getting that "hit" will fix your issue. You have two Hoppers? Does the EHD work alright on the other Hopper?
