NCIS

I hope it tied up the melodrama personal story lines that have dominated the show for the last few years and we can start fresh with some newer younger probees next season. Keep it light and more focused on the navy murder of the week stories and less on their personal lives.

That would be a different show then.

I was thinking sit the writers down with the first 6 years of NCIS and let them learn why the series was successful. It definitely wasn't what has been offered for the last 2 years.

Well it looks like they are looking to go younger with the new cast , like I thought they would. The last time I saw Wilmer was in the Minority Report tv show from last fall that they cancelled on FOX. He played a Lt. in the police force of 2062 ,I think it was?

He was in that?I didn't even notice,oh wait I was one and done with that show and the one was hard to get thru.
He was the black woman police detective's character's direct police supervisor on the show. I liked the show but I didn't see it moving forward on FOX. FOX kills all sci fi shows as quickly as they air them. Fringe tv show was a "fringe"exception.

I'm sorry but the show will never be the same without Tony.
That is why I said they might want to consider ending the show or bringing in a whole new younger cast of players to re-energize the show. Bishop is duller than dull and should be working as an accountant ,rather than an NCIS investigator. McGee was ok playing straight man to Tony's comedic teases ,but now he won't have that comedian to play against. Abby is stuck in perpetual gothic Teen mode ,which is ok ,but not realistic that she wouldn't be growing up and changing after 13 years. Ducky is old and so is Gibbs, but that doesn't seem to hurt the team ,because they do need experience to help guide the new probees that should be coming through the team over the years. Either way, they need to shake up the show next fall if it is to survive in the ratings.

Abby has changed considerabley in the last few years .... she's not longer doing tattoo all over .... hair will always be the same even though she's a blond/brunette. Looks better with black hair over blond I think.

Looks like a good chance of conflicts in the "new team". Torres a loner who does what he feels he needs to do and Quinn a possible conflict with Gibbs. Might be just the new life needed, but Bishop is still the character without a slot to fit into.

Sounds right to me.

Talking about Bishop I thought it was funny at first when she asked Quinn:nd
What do you remember about me ?

Quinn responding she didn't remember her at all, I thought - I don't blame Quinn....
