HR20-700 Acting like it only has 1 tuner

For a few months now, I have had no trouble with my HR20-700 - now all of the sudden, it is behaving like it only has one tuner. If I have a channel on and I am recording that channel, and I switch to another channel, it comes up and says my one recording conflicts with changing the channel and asks me to cancel the request or cancel the recording. Any ideas?

If you go to the setup screen and run the systems test does it show all four tuners are OK???

Yes and it shows both tuners (SAT) are tuned to 101 - should they be on separate ones?

Well - weird thing is I just did a reset and everything works fine now

I was about to say that a reboot should clear it up.
