Probably the easiest thing to do although the tailgater is 150 miles away at my parent's house (I'm in Des Moines, they are in Omaha on the way to Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, NE). Just seems odd that Dish says there isn't a workaround when I read on here it's a smartcard issue....

And PIP? Who's to blame for that fubar? I googled 4k Joey and found two official YouTube videos from Dish touting PIP and Netflix. One of the videos had Vivek proudly discussing the features.

At dish sd won't go away. Heck, Disney xd was in hd on dish before the Disney dispute a few years ago.
