NCAA Football 2014 season

Winston is definitely out now, but they would have never given him another. Too many made up their mind he is a rapist and the crab leg theft did him in.

He was done with the crab legs. That just certain folks all they needed to consider him guilty of sexual assault. It's almost ridiculous the amount of time Huff Post, Wash Post, and every other national news outlet has spent on one college athlete. All the stuff going on and they worry about a dumbass kid who stole crab legs and is acting like most other dumbass 20 yr olds.

It's what our society has become, Im just glad I'm grown and not growing up now. I still lay in bed at night waiting for the police to kick down my door for stuff I did from 16-22 :eeek

With Michigan job (probably) opening up would Les try....again?
I don't think so. He's been getting heat from about 50% of the fans ever since he's been in Baton Rouge, for one thing or another. He's got a pretty cushy and lucrative setup there, and fan smack really doesn't bother him. LSU lost a lot on defense to the NFL last season. Sure they looked good against a wounded second half Wisconsin and the two following cupcakes, but their youth was exposed against MSU. They're young on offense as well. I'm was expecting a 3-4 loss season (but gotta say, not from the Bulldogs at home). Give these youngsters time to mature, and if Les doesn't do anything with them in a couple of seasons, then Michigan might look like a better job under pressure.

I'm thinking Jim Harbaugh may be Michigan bound. The Niners are not looking like a motivated team right now and he may be miffed about not getting a contract renewal after 3 straight trips to the NFC title game.

THAT would be a HUGE move if Michigan could pull it off.

Really. It probably would make the OSU-Michigan game nationally relevant again and restore the sagging prestige of the B1G. I think his rah-rah coaching style is more suited to a college environment. There were some rumors in the preseason about him losing the locker room in San Fran. Maybe they were true. Meanwhile my Boilermakers, once a top 3-5 B10 team have sunk to the bottom of the conference with no signs of recovery any time in the future. Tell Tressel he can have our coach, once on his staff, back any time he wants him. :)

Tressell is no longer coaching.

Even if it was geared toward students, it appears kind of pitiful that you can't get more than $1.50 per ticket from them. Hell, they were $1 apiece back when I was in college in the 60s & 70s. :D
Whatever happened to students getting free tickets? Almost all the schools down South let the students get in free. It's partly why we paid an outrageous Student Activity Fee.
