    Charter/Disney Dispute

` We thought about it but YTTV doesn't have your local sports nets (Ex: Bally) We were between Spectrum and Fubo and e nded up with Spectrum since they carry high school football in Ohio. (Spectrum News 1)

    Charter/Disney Dispute

We literally.. left DIrecTV 2 weeks ago (who are still on the outs with Nexstar mind you).. for Spectrum. I wish I was kidding.

    Nexstar/Mission/White Knight dispute with DIRECTV

So the US Women Soccer games have been on NBC Universo, but they have Vietnam/Netherlands tonight, and USA/Portugal is on Telemundo, which DIrecTV chose not to unblock.. so again the best bet is on channel 205.

    Nexstar/Mission/White Knight dispute with DIRECTV

so if you're blacked out from the all-star game, your best bet is sports mix on 205.

    Nexstar/Mission/White Knight dispute with DIRECTV

yepI lost my Fox on demand.... and Fox's website gives me this when I try to watch something, which is the most infurating thing because nor DirecTV or Nexstar run the website. Mind you the loop playing over top of my Fox affiliate says I can watch entertainment on the national websites.

    Nexstar/Mission/White Knight dispute with DIRECTV

ah yes you are right, but I recon something similar would happen during Women's World Cup/Telemundo

    Nexstar/Mission/White Knight dispute with DIRECTV

If this drags out long enough, I could see D* giving people without Fox Telemundo since they have Spanish rights to the Women's World Cup. They did this for Sunday Night Football in areas that lost NBC during the Tegna dispute in 2020. (That contract is likely up in a few months too.)

    Nexstar/Mission/White Knight dispute with DIRECTV

The timing is so odd. Don't these contracts usually end at midnight? And it doesn't seem like they gave people much of a warning at all I'm guessing this blocks access to certain network apps which will never make sense to me since the dispute isn't with the networks., but i've seen access...

DIRECTV unlikely to keep NFL Sunday Ticket

I have 2 questions: Will it be possible to share YT accounts with another house and split the cost? If not: Will NFL Red Zone (the NFL Network produced version) be available on Directv?

DIRECTV unlikely to keep NFL Sunday Ticket

What I never understood about the "Sunday Ticket won't be cheaper cuz they have to pay the broadcasters" argument: NHL Center Ice became Significantly cheaper when ESPN+ started offering all those games in their streaming service, but do they also not have broadcasters to pay? What's the...

Fox Corp. Warns Viewers Of Its Networks About Potential DirecTV Blackout

My local Fox affiliate (Cleveland) is owned by Nexstar, not Fox, so they are safe, correct?

DIRECTV unlikely to keep NFL Sunday Ticket

The Sunday Ticket satellite package is supposed to let you stream too right? At least it did last year. I tried to stream to a 2nd TV hooked up to a laptop (Main TV has satellite) and it said I couldn't watch on a computer. I know streaming is having issues today so I hope it's because of that.

DIRECTV unlikely to keep NFL Sunday Ticket

You know who's most interested in the stream latency issue? Gamblers. No secret there's a huge uptick in legal online betting, where the live/in-play odds can change drastically on a single play, so a 30-40 second delay would be an eternity to those guys trying to get the right number...

DIRECTV unlikely to keep NFL Sunday Ticket

Sheesh. If NFLST is too rich for ESPN, NBC etc's blood now, it will be like that whenever they reup after the next deal, and the deal after that.

DIRECTV unlikely to keep NFL Sunday Ticket

Some of this might depend on if you are using the Genie system or not. I've notice stats updates online coming a lot quicker (meaning the D* lag is longer) since we got the Genies

DIRECTV unlikely to keep NFL Sunday Ticket

Anyone know if the Thursday Night games will be shown on Twitch like they have been the past few seasons? Keep in mind Amazon owns Twitch and the Twitch Channel the games were shown on was literally called PrimeVideo, so I'm holding out hope.

another TEGNA/DirecTV dispute happening again, TEGNA contract with DirecTV expires on Nov 30 at 8 PM ET

So when I lost NBC I was thinking ok no big deal, the dispute's between DirecTV and Tegna, I can just watch their NBC Sports App cuz it's not their beef.. wrong! Notre Dame and Sunday Night Football are blacked out on the app. How do DirecTV/Tegna have the power to do that???

DirecTV blacks out.. High school football?

So on Christmas Day and on New Year's day (late night, early Jan.2) Comcast Bay Area (698) was replaying California High school football championship games, One of them interested me (De La Salle vs Centennial), I tune it in and it said It wasn't available in my area. I'm in Ohio but I have...

    strange problem with HD

So we switched from a SD to an HD receiver (H24-100). But noticed we were getting about half the HD channels, rest were getting the 771 message. Our other HD Box in the other room (H24-700) works perfectly fine. We called DirecTV and they told us we needed a B-Band converter, so we said sure...
