    It never ceases to amaze me how some people are so quick to defend this company. FYI, I pay DISH a lot more then $20/mo as I also subscribe to premiums. I am planning to leave and I know they don't care. No, I will not be going anywhere else, I am done with pay TV altogether.

    You're right, I couldn't see anything when I looked at the back. I have not had any more trouble with the unit over heating which only happened during our heat wave which is over now, really weird. I will test the fan with the reset button to make sure it is working though. Thanks!

    I recently dropped down to the welcome pack too and was never told it was for 6 mo. so I don't think that is correct info. Besides Dish would have no reason to try to maintain me for 6 mo. when I still have over a year left in my contract.
