Has anyone had problems with the quality of the sound
on their 522?
Over the last couple of weeks the the sound is garbled.
Not always, but most of the time.
Sometimes changing channels helps, sometimes not.
I have tried "the pull the cord re-boot procedure" but it
didn't help.
It's not the TV because I can switch to basic cable and the
same channel sounds fine.
Our other TV's attached to dish receivers(310 anf 510)
work fine.
Thanks

It sounds like the signal for your system is low, take your remote and hit menue, 6, 1, 1, and look to see what the signal is at. Its best to go to the channel that you have garbled sound on and then go to the signal screen, it will be on the satellite and the transponder that that channel is on. If your signal is lower than %55 then you would get an audio issue, as it is your signal shouldnt be any lower than %80 now per dish standards so if your signal is below %70 then you will need to have it addressed.
