FWIW, have bought several items from ebay, most good, some bad. For the bad ones, ALL of the sellers made things right. I will continue to use Ebay, BUT if you get a problem/bad item, email the seller asap, before feedback. Before you buy, check feedback in the upper right corner, read what others say, and always leave feedback on every sale.

Was in my nearest Costco late Saturday. Still only HR21-700's, no H/HR20's or H21's. Actually picked up one of the HR21 boxes to see if it was the newer model since they had a full pallet load but it was clearly marked as the -700.
